Yes, the new 2021 Kia K5 is a good sedan. Replacing the Kia Optima, it offers a lot of standard technical features, plenty of cargo space, and a comfortable ride. It also has one of the best reliability ratings expected in the midsize car category.

Kia has completely redesigned the Optima and renamed it K5 for 2021, making it consistent with the sedan's global nameplate. The sedan has a bolder exterior and a truly luxurious interior ( but still some black plastic ). It also shares a platform with its corporate counterpart, the Hyundai Sonata, which was brand new for 2020. The Kia K5 is also available with an all-wheel-drive for the first time. Although the sporty GT model is only expected to arrive later this year, all-wheel drive will not be available on this one!

Don't brake launch the car, cause it will do a slower time. Just leave the K5 in sports mode and floor it when you are ready. It's "ok" fast but it was less impressive at highway speeds, where it needed extra time to execute passes as you can see in the 50-70 mph test.

Pro tip. Sport mode + hold brake and gas all the way down. Rev up to 2k RPM you got yourself launch control

Here’s a tip, when ur going highway speeds and gonna pass, only give it 3/4 pedal in sport mode, because it has lawn mower power after 5500 rpm I found and stomping on it just results in a slower time

Found a gt line awd fully loaded for 32 g but were i live in ny we get maybe 2 maybe 3 snowstorms this year practactally no snow does the fwd feel safe in any snow?kind of want the gt with 290 hp i found one for the same as the awheel drive im stuck in a pickle 🤣

Not a good idea to be driving these at high speed on the highway 65+ mph causes the tires to loose traction making the tires make the ''skkrrr''' noise which then often makes the car drift.
