This applies to normal, emotionally and psychologically healthy adults. That should be the disclaimer at the beginning of each of these videos.

1:11 Choose your time - after meal, Private Place ... never in front of people; Feelings.
Ask for permission: Before discussing an issue, ask if it’s a good time. If not, wait until they’re ready. This reduces the chance of an explosive reaction.
Avoid overwhelming them: Don’t overload your spouse with multiple complaints at once. Stick to one issue at a time to prevent them from feeling attacked.
Give compliments first.
Frame your suggestions in a positive and encouraging way.

Wow, really, who loves soneone and want them to change 26 things in one year....1 or 2 should be well enough....if you get annoyed by so many things your spouse do....it's the one who has to change.
