💜❤❤💁🏼‍♀️THANK YOU SO MUCH! I literally knew everything I needed in the first 30 seconds of this video, LITERALLY I understood in the first 30 sec and I had it charging before the 35 sec mark... Thank you for this clear, direct & simple answer to my question ''How do I charge my MediBio health & fitness tracker''. I watched another video that also popped up when I went to Google to ask my question. I watched that whole video thinking it would have a simple answer. But unfortunately I don't think it did have a answer really I think it actually took knowledge from me instead of giving me the knowledge I needed to charge this thing... The video was in like a message between 2 people text form it showed the question, then the person who was supposed to have the answer instead of answering the question they typed back and said something like thanks for asking but I want to ask you a question then that person the person who was supposedly answering the questions instead of answering the simple question they randomly went into this super weird cross between a knock knock joke, a dad joke and a chicken crossing the road type joke. I was so annoyed and learned so little about what I needed to know that I cannot even remember what the joke even was but I think it was about a donkey... Anyway thank you for being extremely helpful & actually answering the question! 🏃🏼‍♀️💜❤🏃🏼‍♀️

Plugged it in right out of the box and it will not charge. I even tried reversing it in the charger for a few hours nothing. I wiggled it to see if I could get it to connect nothing. It does not even show its charging. Tried with a different cell phone charger still nothing.
