Very nice video, sir I want to ask you a question, I am a govt servant, a doctor and alloted an inquiry on complaint of a commen person against a grade 4 servant in hospital for subornation/bribery.the servant confessed before me that he has accepted the money but returned it to the applicant very next day fearing the consequences.applicant too admitted that he has returned him the money.i want to ask if I should refer this case for PEDA act proceedings as head of my institute wants it for a lesson to rest of servants.

Sir, during inquiry proceeding, complainant submitted his written statement before initiated inquiry officer that complaint was lodged due to mis understading, which was not actual facts and wants to withdraw his statement, while during next proceeding, he will denied from his statement, and submitted his an other statement against accused, while inquiry officer not attached with inquiry finding his first statement, , inquiry officer submitted finding only on the basis of second statement, in this situation, what should be done by accused person

dear sir i have been penalized major penalty under E&D Rules without holding enquiry & personal hearing on corruption charge which was already pending in the trial court, after award of deptt penalty i was acquitted by court from corruption charge, on appeal to higher authority he now ordered to hold enquiry after court acquital judgement. what procedure should be applied ss there is no witness no other party to come forward to depose against me. Plz guide me.
