I'm a psychiatrist. People are depressed today because of actions like this by the State and Federal governments. Additionally, never in human history has the average man had less influence over his daily life-- in some cases he cannot even verbally protest something without heinous, unjustified consequences. The Supreme Court has ruled unambiguously that special taxation on certain rights is unconstitutional (Minneapolis Star Tribune Company v. Commissioner). We should open a class action lawsuit, not just for the law to be overturned, but for a refund, as was done in that historic case.

While it won't go anywhere. I also think we should file a complaint with the FBI over deprivation of rights under color of law, as case law is unambiguous in this case, and there's no reasonable interpretation where this could be legal.
