Been waiting for you to come back into the light, it's great to hear from you again! A failure is only a failure if you don't recognize it and try to get better. It takes a lot of put it out there that you failed, so you conquered something big. I hope for more videos my friend!

I just started watching your channel about a week ago; great stuff! I liked how you reframed the idea that you "failed to achieve your goals" into having "opportunities to learn." You actually accomplished a lot in 2022, but it's okay to look at where did we fall short. I have had burnout and taken time away from content creation so I completely get it. And you have a FT job and a life outside of this gig, so don't beat yourself up for being human! And finally, I think being guided by your interests is 100% the way to go. Internal motivation is much more sustainable and fulfilling than external motivation. And believe it or not, it can often result in a better final product, because it is genuine, shows the real you, and is more engaging to work on. Thanks for the update, best of luck!

Hi Henok, I am a system administrator and I have encountered some issues. Nice to meet you! I just want to ask you some questions. I have standby databases installed on Redhat 8 and have allocated 120 GB of memory. However, all the memory has been taken up by buffer/cache and there is no available memory. I don't want to use the command 'sync; echo 1, 2, 3 > /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches'. Instead, I want to change the 'vm.vfs_cache_pressure' to 50. Would my solution work or not? Please share your advice or any solution you have. Thank you!
