WBS milestone complete seems particularly useful when WBS entirely corresponds Bill of Quantities valued against rules of credit. In this case activities reflect the site works whilst WBS mainly contributes to valuation and financial matters.

Excellent, I have small clarification, currently I'm working on Master schedule as vendor which contains both contractor and vendor wbs/activities. I update only vendor activities. So when I filter my vendor activities p6 is not summarizing performance %complete. Could you please help to summarize

When i update the schedule i have performance % values in activities . But in the WBS the performance % is showing as Zero. Please guide me to solve this issue. As i already refresh the schedule many times but still it is showing Zero

0%100% is useful for engineering activities updates, but the problem is settings is qpplied to entire schedule not to certain activity only .
