This game is so jaw droppingly beautiful that sometimes I like to boot up the game just to walk around very slowly on horseback and take it all in. I think it’s also worth mentioning the perfect sound and music work here - really helps to bring the island to life.

Ghost has so many "I want to relax and take a picture" moments that occur naturally as you explore the game, like mist and moonlight going through the trees at just the right angle. While technically it may not be as advanced as some other games on PC hardware, they optimised the hell out of the PS4! Plus those load times as well, super sleek!

I was hoping to get your take on the in game loading times since I heard they had the throttle the load times just so the user could read the tips screen. This is paticularly noticable in respawning and fast travel times where loading is almost instantanious. Also something to take a look at are the quick and snappy menu transitions like going into the map or photo mode there just seems to be no loading lag or hitch. What do you think they're doing to get this type of smooth performance.

The thing I love about these videos, is the fact I am in no way a programmer, but these reactions give me a window into the work and techniques used. And the fact you are reacting in real time, shows in your face when something has caught your attention.

Keep them coming, I will also give a shout out for TLOU2, visually also very impressive. To think these games are running on 7 year old hardware, which in it's day was a little under powered. considering the leap we are making for the PS5. The potential for next gen is huge.

They aimed for faster load times. They changed the approach on visuals to a more artistic style than realistic. Try see more old stuff against actual gameplay to see the differences. Still a beautiful game at all. Surely a GOTY contender.

The saturation levels changing with the dynamic time of day and weather is superb. At night with the moonlight glow on the ground is as amazing as the sunlit scenes. Also, having played the game, there are zero load times - other than fast travel.
