What is blood cancer?

I suffered with lymphoma for 8 years and had no effects.
Last December I was notified by my cancer doctor that my lymphoma transitioned to leukemia.
I am presently 87 and needed to start Imbruvica to help me cope with my leukemia.
I have had no dire effects from my leukemia and the Imbruvica helps me cope completely with my blood cancer.
Now lymphoma and leukemia are very manageable and we need to be proud of our cancer doctors for making it so!

One of my dearest colleague has passed away from this killer disease last week and I’m devastated. I feel so empty within and feel so sad.. i hope everyone that are suffering with any kind of disease get well.. it’ hurts to see our loved ones leave us like this 😭😭💔

My father is a patient of blood cancer in 2005 and 2005 March is last evening for my father there time I am 7 years old and this time I am 13 years old. I miss u papa 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

I have blood cancer the Drs think I was born with it I make too many red blood cells my blood gets too thick so that it can’t flow my organs don’t get there blood supply my organs enlarge by 3X I got really sick at 40 I was in the ICU for 6 months I was given 6 months to live I’m 60 now taking 1000 mg of Hydroxyurea a day chemo in a pill I can’t work since I was 40 because I’m sick all the time vomiting dizzy and weak I’m in a wheelchair now I can’t walk but I do the best I can the Drs say I’m a miracle no one has ever survived this long I’m the first I want to live as long as possible my brother just past away @ 66 he had stomach Cancer very pain full

It sucks that you don’t know you have it until it’s too late. Stupid lymphoma killed my grandfather. He also had a low platelet count. I’m not sure if that’s caused by lymphoma or if lymphoma causes that.
