Please understand a few points.

1. I am not an investor in VueNow.
2. I am also not an investment advisor to anyone.
3. I am not saying that VueNow is a Scam or Illegitimate Company. But as an investor, I have the right to do my own due diligence and take my own decisions and manage my risks.
4. I am only sharing why I personally stay away from investing in companies like VueNow - If you like VueNow, please do what you feel like or speak to your investment advisor.
5. Those talking about SLB and comparing with Indigo, please note it is very different and not a fair comparison. Also, Indigo Airlines is a publicly listed company and I love their transparency. P.S. I am also not an investor in Indigo.
6. VueNow is simply offering 40% ROI for around 10 Years. This in my opinion is too good to be true for all the reasons mentioned in the video.
7. Those who invested money in VueNow, and have received monthly rent or income for 1-2 Years, please understand you have not even received your full money back, and at the end of 10 Years, you are not getting your capital as well (unlike FD or Bonds). So if in 2 years, you have received around 80% of your own money back - but on an index fund or other bond type investment your capital invested could have appreciated rather than your own money being returned to you.
8. Just because a Company gets approval from central govts, or tie-ups with state governments, doesn't mean they can not cheat people. I am not talking about VueNow. But historically even heavily regulated companies listed on the stock market have been known to do large-scale scams. Everything is available on Google.

This is a free country, and everyone has the right to make their own decisions, especially financially decisions. So, please do the same :)

You have raised few very genuine points. Instead of criticizing, particle owners and future investors should try to get answers raised by you. In fact, you have raised only few questions, there are many more unanswered questions. Let us hope everyone wins.

If you invest Rs 165000 in SIP for 14% interest the Maturity value will be 611000.
Vuenow will give you 5300×12×10 = 636000 .
Returns are not 40% .
Credential of the Company should be ensured. Returns are normal

Administration and government agencies should put focus on the activities of such company...
Maybe many breaking India forces are active internationally...
They do register websites in different countries...they pretend to be different but do different kinds of fraudulent money circulation activities.
They may be active in many parts of India through communities who don't have any idea where they are involved in.
The government should be very strict against such activities.

Veunow marketing services ka kaam hai trading business - server buy krke sale krna clients ko. Vewnow ne 38944.82 lakhs ke server sale kiye FY23 mein and PAT kamaya - 440.08 jo hota hai only 1.13% PAT Margin. Basically iska kaam hai server kareed ke bechna. Fir iski doosri company hai - zebyte infotech vo picture mein aati hai jis investor ne server liya hai usese lease back krti hai and server maintenance contract sign krti hai. Zebyte ke kaam hai server rent pe dena bde clients ko and investors ko bhi kuch % rent dena. zebyte kaise kamayegi agar usne aage rent pe diya for example rs 17000 per tb and apko rent de rhe hai rs 1200 per tb. toh jo uska profit hua - uske expenses vo uski kamai hai. But aisi konsi companies hai jo zebyte ko 17000 per tb dengi ya aws, google, dropbox ka cloud na use krke iska cloud space use krenge. kya yeh log utna data security(data protection) de payenge jo amazon cloud ya google cloud ya dropbox deta hai...zebyte ki koi proper site nhi hai, zebyte ke kon clients hai kuch nhi pta...kya servers actually mein exist krte hai kuch nhi pta

Aur eska share esliye trade nhi ho rha kyu k vuenow ne ek company ko takover kiya tha jo bse par listed thi...usko ab vuenow k name se trade kiya jaega...jse he formalities puri hongi tb eska share trade karne lgega

You must understand the following. CAGR for veunow is around 10 percent only which is good comparable to good mutual fund or good share market. Secondly why company does not take bank loan and buy servers which is much cheper and less burden. The answer is simple. Anything bought on loan the balance sheet will look bad specially if u are planning IPO. Today Indigo is successful only because they don't invest one Paisa in buying aeroplanes. You and me buy and immediately rent it out to indigo for life time. So there is risk in share market, mutual fund market and also edge data centres. No risk no profit
