Dissapointed overall, lower quality screen and lower refresh rate, which is the last thing VR needs. Plus a lower resoution than my WMR headset... Up it to 90hz and match wmr resolution and we will talk.

Hell YEAH! Finally a new corded headset. To bad that this is not the premium product Oculus could and should have made. Stop Cutting corners, we support Oculus because of the innovation not because you cater to mobile users. LCD instead of OLED? Lower refresh rates? Lower fps? No analogue IPD button? Still Looks nice tho, except from the side where it sticks quite a bit further out. No compromises CV2 anytime soon?

I tested the device on some demo stand a few weeks back and last monday I ordered it.
God damn this thing is an improvement to the first one. But might not be 'worth it' to buy it if you already have the first one.
It actually feels as good, maybe slightly better, than the original Vive.

Love the inside-out-tracking and the better res a lot, however ditching OLED, 90hz and the better audio system really hurts. It is beyong me why you guys would make the display worse. Crossplay and Crossbuy between the Rift/Rift S and the Quest is great news however.

No IPD adjustment, LCD screen with only 80Hz refresh rate, no wide FOV, still low resolution comparing to competitors, no decent headphones, heavier than CV1... ech... I will stay with CV1.

I'm a big PCVR player so I decided to sell my Quest 2 and get a Rift S instead because Q2 had many issues such as latency, poor image quality (even with the resolution bumped up) and was way too heavy. The Rift S on the other hand has no latency, is hella light, and has way better image quality despite the lower resolution.
