I have got genetic eczema and my doctor said it will not go away and its actually really really harder than what people think . Its so difficult for me to live normally as i have FULL body eczema like i am not kidding from my scalp to my toes it the worst and when people look at me weird cause i look like i burnt my face it kills me. People should know eczema does not just affect physically but also mentally. I always get panic attacks and anxiety . The reason i have written this is because i want others to know how hard it is and people with eczema you are not alone. And the bad news is duplimab is not working for me so yeah but i have started a new medicine and hopefully that works.

This will be great if there aren't side effects. When steroids came out they thought those would be a miracle too, but look at all those side effects. One of the worst side effects of steroids is the withdrawal, which causes a rebound that causes eczema to get even worse. Hopefully this doesn't cause a similar addiction response.

Had severe eczema for 7 years recently ate more vegetables and more fish and it helped a lot not saying this will help everyone but it helped and seaweed baths and that helped wish you luck

I went to my dermatologist last week for what I thought would would be for my routine kenalog injection. I am 34 and the kenalog is the only relief I've ever gotten from this painful, uncomfortable journey called eczema. But at my appointment is was told they would no longer treat me with kenalog because it wasn't safe to keep using it and she wants me to start dupixent...problem is that it will take like 3 months before my insurance will approve it...now I'm broke out everywhere and my scalp is itching like crazy....I used to not have any issues with it on my scalp until the last year or so...but it itches nonstop and it burns like crazy. I cannot take zyrtec or Allegra because they both make me feel weird, so I have been using Claritin. And it's a real battle now that it's getting cold where I live. I am nervous about the dupixent because of potential side effects...I don't want to take additional medication to treat the side effects....ugh. I wish I could continue the kenalog..if it were only safe to do so.

I'm a clarinetist with eczema all over my lips and mouth. It's been a year since I've been able to practice consistently and it kills me.

i also tried several oinments suggested by derm but simple castor oil in the affected in area helped alot. first to stop itching then to heal

If this helps anyone try the brand called "smartlotion" it treated my allergy eczema and it hasn't came back since.

Eucrisa really does work! It stings pretty bad for like a minute and then stops completely..it heals fast.

Hydrocortisone steroid cream 100% effective been using for 2 days the itch and rashes gone for 2days and now it starts peeling ang as i can say its healing so when it peels its replacing new skin .. just a tip from me .
