Probably you"re the best lecturer ever, I've been using your videos some years ago and I have found that you are so useful to me. I hope that one day I will see you face to face. you are so unique in that you focus on those ideas that other lectures seem to jump, I promise that one day, I'll reward you

I'm taking AP Biology by the end of this year and I have to say that the information presented in the video is way more better and comprehensive than any other books I've read. Thank you so much, and I am looking forward to seeing more lectures.

You are by far the best lecturer on Youtube period! If Youtube had awards you will win them hands down.
You have the innate ability to explain complex subjects into layman terms for students which many teachers just plain lack.
God bless you for your knowledge and generosity.
Eternal gratitude from me. Thank you!

I'm so glad I found this channel, I've thrown myself into a biology degree without science A Levels, I have to learn 2 years of biology and Chemistry content in 1 year, so this is the best channel to fix any of my confusion. Thanks!

So just to be clear, proteins synthesized in the rough er have 3 fates 1) export to extracellular matrix 2) integral proteins of the cell membrane and 3) lysosome proteins (which remain inside the cell)

Hello from California! I have a question. Do Golgi in all types of cells (liver and kidney cells) have the same function and structure ? If we were to purify the Golgi ( fractionation) from different cells, (not plant) would they function the same and have the same structure ??? I was asked if the Golgi in HEK293 cells and HEP2 cells have the same function and structure and I’m stuck.

Sorry, but I think that in a projection of a 2D plan cells the concave face of Golgi Apparatus must face the surface "or the membrane" as it is the where the trans-golgian net would be, , Whereas the convex part must face the centrosome as it is where the cis-golgian net would be. "This is important because it determines the directions of the vesicles' traffic due to the polarity of its function" ... Please someone correct me if I'm wrong !!!
