One of the thing i like about Warhammer is how they made the "fallen-race" troupe. Dark elves and Chaos dwarfs have still many traits that marks the as elves and dwarfs! They don't become polar opposite in everything just by becoming evil. Chaos dwarfs are still perfectionists in their trade, have a great sense of honour and duty, respect the elders and abide to their oaths.

Another fact that makes the chaos dwarfs really sympathic is, that they don't want to kill their rivals within their society, they just want to exile them or force them into the infernal guard. They are a well organized and unified faction, even if they are corupted by chaos
