Jared Leto makes historic climb to top of Empire State Building

Jared Leto just became the first person to reach the top of the outside of the Empire State Building! Immediately after, he headed to TODAY to talk about the experience. "It was a lot harder than I thought it would be," he says. Leto also announced his band, 30 Seconds to Mars, is embarking on a world tour.
