There are 2 possible theories I can think of, either Dubbs had some kind of vision about the Sins and instinctively made the perfect weapons for them, or the Sins did meet him and he created their weapons for them. Everything about that scene with Tristan was Goddess like from the flowers and Isolde’s eyes/mannerisms to the difference in swords Tristan held. I personally think Tristan is the ravaged beast of the couldren games and everything we saw was what he hopes for in his dreams. The peril could have some sort of dream and trance state power. That scene was too elegant for Tristan and if it’s true it’s lack of character growth when before hand he was working on embracing the demon side. Tristan can come out of this bipolar mirroring his knight name

I think you might have mixed up the swords. The one he wields in chapter 160 is ESTAROSSA. Also... there might be a reason why he DOESN'T HAVE HIS SWORD MAEL...seeing as it fends off mental attacks... which means something is definitely up....

One thing I found interesting is knowing Dubs created TCOED. This could mean that Giants (in Dubs’s case specifically) naturally have a longer life span than (most) Demons.

For example, Galand was near the end of his natural life having lived 991 out of 1, 000 years, with him being sealed allowing him to live longer than he should’ve.
