Elon Musk is looking at buying a $100 million condo in Palm Beach, and if he goes through with this purchase he will set a record for the highest price condo ever sold in the area. There is a lot of speculation as to why Elon Musk would want to move to Palm Beach. Would he live here full time or would he continue to live closer to Space X in Texas? Is he moving to Palm Beach for tax reason? Does Elon want to be closer to Trump due to his involvement in the campaign and the DOGE program? In today's episode we talk dive into all of this and take a lot at another unit in the same tower to try to understand why Elon would want to spend $100 million here.

I know this building WELL, and it’s basically Palm Beach. Sydel’s unit is a double unit custom built before the bldg was finished. It has the best views in the area. Also, the building is very sleek, modern and state of the art. He probably has about 10 bedrooms in that unit and the security is top shelf. Don’t use that sample apt as what it will look like except the views. Tons of outdoor space.

Elon Musk paid $45, 000.00 for his home in Texas. He never even bought the homes he lived in in California. All of therm were leased. Peter Thiel and Marc Andresson have spoken about Elon’s preference to couch surf at friends houses or live on the factory floor. It’s doubtful that Elon Mush would pay $100 million for a condo. This is merely speculation and engagement farming.

Guys, that's actually a property located in West Palm Beach and not Palm Beach but it's right across the intercoastal so it's a distinction without much of a difference. I had an office there at Phillips Point which is next door in West Palm Beach.

The building is very nice, and security is top-notch. I work there often and must arrive earlier than typically needed to get through security and their protocols. There are also a lot of influential people in that building.
