150mph in 1/2 mile stock? That's amazing. Stock Huracan does 147. This is a 2014 R8 V10 Plus with dual clutch trans, is that correct??

The launches of the R8 are great but what the hell? The C7 Z06 Z07 trapped slower than the Audi R8!? And the ACR Viper surprised me the most. Is it stock?? It probably generate well over 1000 lbs of down force from 120 mph yet still capable of trapping a 150 mph....(Not sure if he adjusted the angle of attack). Still hell of a car! More hellish than the Hellcat's 143.4 mph. 
So if 1000 lbs of down force wouldn't stop the raging 8.4 V10, I don't think drag is the main problem for the Corvette. Let alone the Vette got 50 lb/ft more torque arriving way sooner at 3600 rpm. 
Interesting. Maybe gear ratio? Or it ran into "save mode" again....

By far the best video in youtube not because of the race or whatever but for the different angles being shown when the R8 was doing the solo run. You should do that more often in future videos that was great and real neat. Professional status if you ask me.

Why do people feel like they have to lie about a car being stock? Don't they know that there are people out here who have more than 1 brain cell when it comes to cars? I have seen identical R8's that are TRULY stock get beat by several of these cars that it's racing in this video, and the cars I've seen beat the R8 were stock. If this R8 is stock, I'm Mickey Mouse.

Out of all the cars here, the only one that impressed me was the Viper ACR. The fact it is the only vehicle here with a manual trans and still was able to pass the R8 on the first run was outstanding! Godzilla was obviously tuned and it's AWD so means fastest take off here so not really that impressed.

Poor driving on the Z06 and viper ends. The Ftype trapped almost as high as the R8. F-type is no near as fast as either of those cars
