People are going to comment on the price, but these are going to make projectors conpletely irrelevant. They are already getting up to 30k for native 4k projectors that cant hold a candle to a modern display's picture quality...and thats 30k just for the projector. Nevermind the screen, the external processor(htpc or madvr for tonemapping) and external smart platform(htpc or streamer). All that and you still have to deal with issues switching between 24p and 60p content, horrible blacks, and less than 1k nits of peak brightness. Oh, and they dont do VRR, so even the projector that was built for gaming is still exteemely limited

Review the dual oled “tandem” display on the ipad

Hopefully, things pan out for QDEL for Sharp. We could see TVs this size with OLED contrast, but LED brightness all at a reasonable cost.

Nothing gets me more excited than a display that's multiple inches thick. Like, for real. I'm so sick of mediocre ABL curves, GIVE ME THE COOLING. I WANT 2000 NITS FULL FIELD

Why does it say Mini-LED on the box and the TV?

Is it Micro-LED or Mini-LED? Thats a huge difference.

Vincent please review the TCL C855, it has 2000 dimming zones (4x the c845) and 3500 nits of brightness, which almost maxes out what HDR movies are rated for. I think TCL is doing very well with their products and they are at the start of an S curve

Super impressive but why is the packaging claiming Mini LED and caption stating Micro LED

Lovely big TV. What happens if it breaks down. Do a couple of people come around to pick the behemoth?

I hope Roku isn't built-in. After the blackmail they pulled on bricking our TVs unless we agreed to their "terms of service" update... After that happened, I remembered why I hated them. Plus, not being able to hook up any Bluetooth hardware that wasn't theirs!
