As soon as you give the government power to regulate the economy, that is what leads to corporatism. The bigger businesses will use government as a club against their customers and competitors.
No monopoly has ever survived without the support of government. Also, private companies cannot use force, only governments can.

The fundamental difference comes down to the Labor Theory of Value vs. the Subjective Theory of Value. Honestly though, there's no such thing as anarcho communism, or anarcho capitalism. There is only anarchy without adjectives. How people choose to interact, and arrange society in the absence of rulers is up to them. Personally I think capitalism is preferable, but no one in such a society would force anyone to support capitalism, if someone wants to live communally, no one would stop them.

Indeed Shareholder owned businesses could, and likely would still exist in a stateless society. The problem with corporations isn't their structure. It's the fact that they can buy the power of law from the state in order to gain an advantage over their competitors, and they're protected against their own financial losses at the expense of the taxpayer. In effect they privatise the profits, but socialize the losses.

@masterskyrunner "Corporation - created under the laws of a state as a separate legal entity that has privileges and liabilities that are distinct from those of its members." Wikipedia.

Corporations DO NOT exist without government.

I liked this video up until the end. I have never met a Libertarian of either the minarchist, or anarchist verity who advocated for corporate rule. I feel confident to speak for all Libertarians when I say: We oppose corporations that pollute people's property, and sell shoddy products under false pretenses. We consider these acts to be criminal, and we blame government for selling corporations the rights to do these things.

Yes, and I've already stated before the major flaw in private aribtration courts is that the out come tends to favor the one with the most money.

Everybody IS a member of the Capitalist class. Some choose to participate, (exercise their freedom), while others embrace uncertainty and express their insecurity as the victim of the confident.

As a fellow anarcho-capitalist, I fully agree with you.

Choose to refuse and stand against tyranny and oppression.. I stand for breaking  laws when such laws impede our civil liberties and our constitutional rights.. And that means, my brothers and sisters... All Laws are against the law according the ORIGINAL/UNABRIDGED U.S. Constitution of the United States of America!.. The United States Constitution should be the only Law of this land and ANY legislated laws that impede our civil rights in any without prejudice by the people, of the people and for people..
Legislators who implement said bills into law that contradict civil rights shall be removed from their appointed or elected office immediately without haste, whether it be by requisition or by physical force.  Its time to take a stand against the imperialists that have infiltrated and set forth agendas for power and control over our republic. Americans must unite as nationalists, as one nation, indivisibly,  and revolt against tyranny and oppression.. We must take back control from this very government that has broken every Civil Liberty, and has stolen every Constitutional Right there was ever written that made us a free and sovereign nation..

Yahoo, Bing, Ask etc. They're all free too.

Not necessarily. There are smaller regional shipping services that charge less than the big name companies to ship packages short distances. It's all based on consumer demand. If people are fine with a choice between UPS, FedEx, and the postal service then there's not much room in that market for another company.

Cartels are technically voluntary, but if they price fix too much some enterprising entrepreneur will undercut them.

By the way. A system or private law would be much more difficult to bribe than the state monopolized law system we have today. If a Dispute Resolution Organization (by the way these already exist in real life) is caught accepting a bribe then no one in their right mind is going to want that companies services again. The reputation loss from getting caught accepting a bribe is enough to put one of these organizations out of business.

This just shows how much you know about anarchy. I am an anarchist. A REAL anarchist, not a fairy tail anarcho capitalist. To conflate the two together is to show yourself as ignorant. So in order to gain my respect as well as the respect of anarchists worldwide I ask that you study the political philosophy of Bakunin, Kropotkin, Proudhon, Tucker, or any other anarchist that is NOT Rothbard.

Well since the soda industry is a topic neither of us know much about I'm going to focus on the topic of law.

Bigger is cheaper really only applies to production of material products. Dispute resolution is a service. It doesn't really matter if a DRO has 1 judge, or 1, 000. They're all providing a similar service. There aren't really a whole lot of costs in running a service based business. A building, and some employees. There's nothing to really cut to reduce prices.

Anarchists are libertarians. Minarchists, those seeking extremely limited government are what you mean to speak of. The difference between Anarchists and Minarchists is major. Minarchists believe in the necessity of the state. Because the state is ALWAYS violent they actually believe in limited aggression and limited violence. Not an absence of it.

"An economic system based on egoism and competition is inferior to one based on altruism and co-operation."

Not true, a system based purely on altruism, and cooperation not only flies in the face of human nature, but it lacks a pricing mechanism which will undoubtedly result in huge shortages. People are naturally self interested. Why are people generally polite to each other when conducting business? Because it's in their rational self interest; insulting people is bad for business.

"Anarchy is order" is not about a natural law but the consequence of Anarchists in action(without rulers = equal among equals).Equal in the birthright for happiness. No way for equality, if ownership of property in the form of territory is propagated! the difficulty for Anarchists is the spiritual dimension, that helps Anarchists to remain in solidarity & keep the equality principle alive, according to the idea, that true egoism is: If you're happy i can be happy too, because then i have no enemy.

Cooperation may be in one's self interest.
What we currently have is a plutocracy. Corporations pay government officials to pass laws that favor them. Imperialism, economic sanctions, price controls, and other examples of economic warfare, and central planning are largely to blame for global famine. Look at people in countries that have relatively freer markets compared to those with more centralized distribution. Very few people go without in the freer countries.
