Ohh yeah I love this face steaming technique although it's hot it feels so good. I used to have very bad skin, lots of breakouts dry and congested face that even wearing makeup wasn’t doing much like I wanted 😭. I used everything and one thing for sure i was doing was using paper towel never my shower towel on my face. I decided to start doing a facial so that someone who is professional can examine my skin and recommend the proper products. I was undecided but also the monthly cost 🙄. But i thought of it as: this is what I need to take care of myself regardless of what it would cost me. Ever since then I started seeing changes 😍 so it was a great decision.

Hi I want to empower women and help out with some tips:
Please revise your pots and pans and what you use to cook food and do not use aluminum and don't use scrapped pots and pans!
Also, stay away from corn or soy oil for cooking! Try to get olive or coconut oil that is organic!!!! Try..
Third, what water are you using and drinking? Even showering?? Try to get spring water and BPA free bottled, or invest in a home filter that is thorough, and better than just a Brittany filter.
And fourth, check your home for molds and try to buy an air filter! A HEPA filter is supposed to even help with radiation particles, dust, molds, allergens. Keep your home, bed ventilated, keep fresh air at home and clean out mold. You can also detox your body from heavy metals and molds just in case.
