Показать описание
RESULT: 3,315 RMS @1.347ohm at 12.3V on 1 amp(description below)
2 4500s STRAPPED AMPS @0.5 OHM:
133.7V x 49.6A = 6,631 RMS Watts
133.7V / 49.6A = 2.697 ohm
EACH AMP:
6,631 / 2 = 3,315 RMS Watts per amp
Ohm Reading = 2.697/2 = 1.347 Ohm per amp
*This was true reading at 40hz test tone with voltage at 12.3v, so the sq4500 puts out true power its rated at for a 12v system.

I noticed there were two positive output speaker wires and the clamp was only around one of them. I have two pairs of subs connected to my mono amp, so im using both of my positive and negative outputs so will i need to put the clamp around each positive speaker output or just one of them?

I heard clamping doeant matter, a reputable builder told me an amp could clamp 2000 watts and be a 5k amp and it would still be as loud as another amp clamping 4000, apparently more power doeant always equal louder

When Clamping you must also divide your result by the square root of 2 (1.414) to get watts. Volts x Amps = VA not watts. That is how you calculate R.M.S. (Root, Mean, Square). 4689 watts was total power 2344 watts each.
