As many stated, for this engine the most common cause are the injector seals. Note that this is only valid for diesel PD engines (115, 130, 150 cv), because it has injector-pump, unlike VP engines (90, 110 cv) that have a high pressure pump fol all injectors. PD injectors have no high pressure pump and create pressure when hit by the camshaft.

The solution is to change the rubber seals on the injectors, after that all will be good. Hope i helped you... have a nice day

Hi. I have the same cold start problem. I was told it is either the tandem fuel pump or leaking injector seals. I have a replacement pump to fit as this is the cheapest easier option.I will update if it resolves the issue or not.
