Sharing my unboxing and review of my new Cyclone E100 LTC Bench Top blast cabinet. Initially I had some trouble with the gun, I show all the trouble shooting tips that Cyclone shared to get this bead blasting gun to work and show the final results.

Bead blasting with 100-170 media on Aluminum and Grade 5 Titanium. I plan to use this blast cabinet to bead blast Titanium knife handle slabs and other parts around the shop.

Cyclone manufacturing has great customer service and after the gun was replaced this unit ran great and I would recommend it if you are looking for a solid, light weight bench top blast cabinet with a small gun that only uses 3 CFM of air.

Thanks for watching!

You have an incredible amount of patience Bud. You did Cyclone well with this review, and definitely tested out their customer service patience as well 😂. I will take a look at their product line based on your video.

Nice! My cyclone cabinet still going strong now 10+ years, just a few pairs of gloves, new glass, and lots of nozzles and media😎
Not much has changed. Pickup tube on mine is steel to silicone to gun, real braided rubber air hose inside the cabinet. I just hit the plug with some hot glue when using really fine glass media.

Interesting. Would you consider this a design flaw? I mean, you should not have to modify so much to make it work. Cyclone is a good company.

If you had a more powerful compressor, would you have gone with the regular E100 that has the gun?
