Here's what I don't understand about all of this. If price is determined by supply and demand and the supply is fixed and known, and big institutions are gobbling up btc, what gives? Why isn't the law of supply/demand doing its job and taking the price up? Is it because the price has always depended on a thick layer of retail speculative hopium that has typically boosted it beyond its fair value and fud strips that away and takes it back down to its fair value? I realize the big players typically don't buy from exchanges, but that implies that they're buying it from someone who had previously bought it from an exchange or directly from a miner, which would throttle the supply making it to the exchanges, which brings us back to the original problem.

Seems like he's saying that since the market cap is only 1.5Trillion instead of 30 Trillion, that a very large percentage of millionaires have not bought or hold crypto directly, or even know what crypto is. imo
