I’m sorry, but as an interracial adoptive mom, I would commit manslaughter if I heard a woman say crap about her braids, or the “fat” on her thighs. Does she not realize how much black women struggle with loving their skin and hair?!? Nia is beautiful, and her kindness reminds me a lot of my oldest daughter Hope, so it kills me when Nia gets disrespected. She is so respectful considering her circumstances. The way Holly keeps calm is crazy!!!

EDIT: for those of you saying its society that makes black women struggle with their skin and hair, I agree with you completely. Society makes many people struggle with many things unfortunately. I hope you still get what i mean though.

I’m not sure if Nia and Holly were on a contract for years but if not there is no way I would sacrifice my child’s worth for a check. In the long run it’s not worth it. I think Abby was so racist bc she just couldn’t stand seeing a Black Woman coming up & and being greater than her. She was jealous not only of Nia but also Holly bc idk if yall remember that one episode where Abby says something like “oh Holly not everyone needs a doctrine degree to be great” sarcastically, to me it just instantly showed how jealous Abby was bc that was at the time that Holly JUST got her degree.

abby was so disgusting and contradictory, the way she acted towards Nia who was always supportive, loyal, and respectful was so immature for a grown adult woman who is supposed to be a teacher for young dancers? but then she treats them like this? absolutely unprofessional, i will never understand why mothers wanted their children to be taught by this woman, fame or not, i’d never let my kid be around abby.
