I've been using CrossRope for about a year. I use the ropes 5 days per week. I agree with you that it is worth it, however, Is really important to clean (dry) the handles after working out, because the sweat will rust them eventually. I lubricate them with WD-40 after a couple months to prevent the bearings to get stuck. By the way, very helpful video!

I hope they send you a new package! I've been seeing their ads on EVERY jump rope channel, but I think your review will encourage a lot of people to invest in it. Thanks. Subbed.

This was the most independent and detail video I've found. Thank you for taking the time in bringing such value. Tons of great information.

I've tried various jump ropes and I always come back to CR. I do love the 1/2 lb cuz I love that little extra feedback.

Excellent long term review. I have both the get lean and get strong set for two months now and I’m very happy with them.

Thanks for the review, I just purchased the get lean set for me and my wife. Also, sounds like your a vet, if so, thanks for your service. I’m a navy vet. Anyway, I’ve read that the ropes can be a bit too long, I’m 5’11” and ordered the long/large, and my wife is 5’3” so I ordered her a small/short. I was planning to just add knots if they are too long, good to know that it won’t damage them. I’ve also heard that if you hit your foot, shin, etc. with the 1/4 lb road, it can be pretty painful, one reviewer said that he thinks it could even fracture your foot. Anyway, thanks again for the review.

Thanks 🙏, I was given a set of mediums and will now use the knot, because I was concerned about that. I appreciate your review!

Thanks for the great review. The green rope is also my favorite rope. I also tried Everjump. A similar system. It's not the same as CR. My personal opinion. CR is the original. If someone is looking for a system like CR, they should also buy CR. It is the best of its kind. (I think) Greetings from Germany 🇩🇪

thumbs up bigtime, love your presentation. I got the full set last year, but first time looking to really use them.
From Belgium and looking for a change. I don't like running - jumping is perfect. I hope people get motivated with this video.
People need to keep in mind it take motivation, focus & determination - Just like baking a bread it take more than just following instructions.
You need to keep it up and allow time to get used to everything. Summer is really great for this.
I myself am having troubles keeping it on during winter. but i'm here and ill b back.

New subscriber today. I've already watched a few of your videos and like your content. I just got into jump rope last month. It's challenging doing anything other than a regular bounce at the moment. I've been considering Crossrope and it's nice to know that you've had yours for three years. Durability was my second biggest concern after the price. You're the first video that I've seen mention its longevity. Can't invest in a Crossrope yet. My beaded jump rope is doing great so far. Got a speed rope too but like the beaded one better and both for a fraction of the cost of a Crossrope.

Yes, CR are awesome. I am still using their 1st generation ropes. Been jumping on a mat or smooth concrete surfaces as they are expensive so hope they last another 5 years! Also had the same issue with their old handles not spinning as fast but a little WD40 does the trick.

Awesome commentary and video! I have a couple of thoughts on my own Cross Rope ropes and handles. My only complaint about them is the inability to micro-adjust the lengths. I'm 5'3" and at first the size small ropes felt fine. Now that I've been jumping for over a year, they feel too long. I bought a size X-small 1/2 lb rope but it feels too short (I sound like Goldilocks here, I know.) So I tried tying a single knot in my small size 1/4 lb rope but that shortened it too much. So I'm feeling a bit stuck. I would like the ability to finely adjust rope length in tiny increments like I do for my PunkRope and other PVC ropes. One really nice surprise of owning Cross Ropes is that families with more than one jump roper can share the handles and just buy the individual ropes in different lengths. I have the size small Get Lean set and one 1/2 lb x-small rope. When my husband wanted to try jumping, I purchased a size large 1/2 lb rope for him and he used my handles - which was WAY cheaper than having to buy another Get Lean set!

This is my rope of choice, I like it a lot, I mainly use the green one, a little bit of disappointment they last around 8 months-12 and I always skip on a mat, I'm still working on my crisscross + running atm and that may be possibly why they wear our that quickly, I skip 4 times x week around 20-25 min each time. Skipping is my favourite exercise by far.
