Last week I made a big batch of mung bean sprouts and experimented with making them into a veggie burger with my old tuna can burger gadget. Later I made some more little veggie burgers using wheat berries.
Not only were they both super cheap to make and nutritious but they tasted fine.
Since most people do not go back and look at my old videos where I have talked about my little fish cake and burger machine I decided to do another video on how I think a little tuna can burger gadget you can make for pennies is one of the best tools you can have for lowering your food costs. You can make a little burger out of almost anything using this simple tuna can made from a machine screw and a nut.

Great idea Robb. I bought muffin rings to make steamed buns and different bun sized concoctions. I’m sorry I didn’t just buy a half dozen cans of tuna. You may want to try steaming some buns with the tuna can mold. Any dough that will work for pizza will do. Then you’ll have perfectly fitting buns and burgers . The buns come out white but you can brown them in a toaster oven.
I’m definitely going to make a couple of those press/molds.
I also have a big sack of wheat berries and I didn’t even think to try that. Big thumbs up bud. 👍
