The Constitution states that SCOTUS is lifetime appointment, that means its unconstitutional
Term Limits for US Congress, however, would be constitutional.
We also dont need Congress to amend the Constitution, we can do it with a Constitutional Convention of the States. 37 states can pass an amendment putting Term Limits on US Congress since they will never Term Limit themselves.
