He assumed the risk by walking at DARK. . He admitted being upset from conversation with a houseguest. He had been on the property numerous times before this incident. The trail was unsafe. There should be video of the trail at DARK when he was walking not during the day.

This Judge is fantastic.. He’s a man of unparalleled integrity. I have utmost respect for his legal knowledge, and the manner in which applies it to different cases. He is an epitome of wisdom.

I admit i was a bit unsure on the first episode i watched...but after a few...haha i mean they're entertaining, but wow! How does anyone think these are real? His bow tie sticking out, the amount he sued for, the acting, the way the audience reacts? 😂

Also Dr: "gets into heated argument bcuz his friend hurt his feelings for telling him the truth, so he took off in the dark n choose to walk on a dangerous cliff where there was no yellow safety lines n fell n damage himself n to make him feel better for the injuries AND the divorce...he wants someone to give him 19 mil dollars " 🤔

This was a fair ruling. An open and obvious danger means they dont have to warn you of the danger because its obvious. How are you gonna walk down a trail, when its dark, and expect someone else to be responsible if you get hurt? Lol. Guy may be a surgeon, but hes not very intelligent. 😂😂

I 100% believe their was signs. He’s been coming there for YEARS. He knew they had CLEARLY MARKED paths. He just left our tho room with his “friend” mad and wasn’t paying attention or intentionally walked that trail.
