Chris, your conclusion is not accurate!
The peak of the orange curve is located some time in between May 17 and May 31. After the peak, the curve has dramatically dropped to even lower than before (right orange tale)! Instead of just looking at OTC Desk Inflows, you should have looked at both the OTC Desk Inflows and Outflows, simultaneously.
Anyways, it is pretty clear that this so called "Wahles" or "Institutions" have been no longer interested in BTC since late May even if the price has been dropping. Your plot clearly shows that. I am pretty sure the "OTC Desk Inflows" shows they have transferred a lot of their BTC from their wallets to OTC in the recent days and they are selling them gradually as the BTC price is dropping. So, why? Because, they know BTC is going down below $30K and they feel they won't see a $30K BTC for a foreseeable future.
