Turning Lemons into Lemonade - Some shops are just run better.

It's easy to praise a shop when they do a great job, but you don't know if they are truly great until you see how they react to a problem. I didn't include any real close up shots of the pick guard but none of the screw holes line up and the dimensions are substantially off where there is no way I could get this to fit which is disappointing as it took a month after ordering to be delivered. We'll be back at the drawing board tomorrow with something a bit more useful I hope.

Any store that won’t make it right is not worth doing business with.
There are plenty who will, especially with online options

Locally there is a store that I have had many good experiences with
They get my business

What is their problem? They get their product back and you get a refund. They don't make a sale, but they don't lose money either. Unacceptable.
