Boeing. What a beautiful illustration of corporate corruption.

Anytime a Boeing recruiter called me, they only offered 1/3 of industry standard.

Union is 2 edged sword, use it wisely or you loose everything. 40% is way too much for ask and make up % doesn’t work here, what if Boeing decides to move out of Washington, you all loose your job, put out a number to negotiate is an art, it has to be reasonable number, not 40% in my opinion. Good luck with whatever you asked for,

Notice how they will never accept accountability? It's always managements fault.

This is just the beginning. Boeing's choice to go cheap and rake in profit as much and as long as possible is biting them in the butt now. They are past the point of recovery. If you work for them, look for a new job. If you own stocks, sorry. The dominoes have been pushed.

They already made so much money even tho some of em doesn’t have high school and college degree and hardly speak English . Why need more money . Just layoffs and move Boeing factories . The planes will have mechanical issues in midair

It’s criminal to build it wrong on any account.

BS. Even if the workers received the demand, the plane quality will still be under par. U.S. labor force quality sucks compared to Europe and Asia.
