This man has spoken the truth. I do like parts of social media, but I refuse to have FB. It's mentally controlling. When I had it, my "FB friends" never hung out with me in person but they always liked my pics. The real friends who I hang out with don't have FB and we don't worry how many likes we get for our hangouts, because we know WE had fun and we keep our privacy and self worth intact. Not having FB is extremely liberating in many ways. I love this video!

Completely true everything that is said in this vid and it reminded me that i talk the talk but i don't walk the walk because a motto of mine that i have been saying for at least the past ten years is 'Speak to the face, not to the screen' but that is not what i entirely do to be honest. I speak to the screen and don't even look at the face and I'm pretty ashamed with my behavior. I make a vow that i am going to start leaving my phone on silent and in my pocket when i am especially with the one's i love and only use the computer when i am alone and turn it off the minute i get company
