Made the salmon today ... I have to admit that the amount of salt used in the brine scared me so I cut in 1/2. The results were awesome!! Will do again and also include the bacon wrapped cabbage 🤤

Definitely a winner. That Salmon looked amazing. Loved the bacon wrapped anything, I mean Cabbage. Lol. The video editing is looking great. Wow over 5000 subscribers already. Nicely Done. Thanks for sharing.

Doing just the Salmon (1 pound), cutting the marinade in half on my Rectec. So temp is 275 for 1 hour ? What is ending IT - 145 ? Thanks
