Ingredients
1.5 cup sabut masoor dal
0.5 cup chana dal
1 potato
2-3 red chillies
1/2 onion
3-4 cloves of Garlic
1 inch ginger
1 badi elaichi
3 choti elaichi
2-3 long
Pinch of dalchini
Salt
2 tsp oil
1 cup water

Steps
1. Soak masoor and chana dal in water for 2-3 hours
2. ⁠Drain it. Add all the above ingredients along with the dal in cooker.
3. ⁠Cook on low flame for 2-3 whistles
4. ⁠Take it out and mash it using a grinder
5. ⁠Add it in a bowl and add chopped onion, green chillies, coriander leaves and garam masala. Mix this together.
6. ⁠Shallow fry tikkis on low flame and it’s done!
