I wish I was taught this in Health class! I also wish I knew about the HRT study from yrs ago not being valid!I am grateful Dr for all you have done. I started HRT 2 months ago & I now sleep more than 2 hrs a night! My insomnia has been life threatening for 5 yrs until I started HRT. God Bless You Dr you are saving lives🙏🙏🙏Blessing’s

This is one of the reasons why I keep wondering if menopause is actually the beginning stages of the dying process of the female woman
Because we're not supposed to live a long time
I personally think it's selfish to live long, let the younger generation take over, leave the resources for the younger ones, what if menopause is the time when we're actually dying but we're only prolonging our existence through modern medicine?
Because it doesn't make sense why would our bodies be turning against us and abusing us for no reason for something we can't even control, , other than that menopause makes no sense to me besides the reality of how unfair and awful it is

After starting HRT, and progressing with treatment for years (hypothetically), when a woman hits full-blown menopause (after the chaos period), can she be taken off HRT and not "go through" menopausal symptoms? Is HRT a way of mitigating the symptoms and in essence bypassing peri/menopause? I hope I'm asking this so you may understand properly. I'm worried that after I use HRT for years that I will have withdrawals or issues pertaining to fluctuating hormones. Thanks in advance for your response!

Would you still experience mental health / cognitive disruptions if you stayed on a low dose COC in an attempt to skip perimenopause?

Dr. Haver NO ONE would listen to me when I was trying to explain what was going on with me!! All of a sudden it felt like my body and my brain were at war against me. 😭😭 It wasn't until I found you on the Marie Forleo podcast that I found out I was in perimenopause and I was able to find a doctor specializing in midlife care for women and she put me on HRT. I feel so much better!! 🥲 THANK YOU!!! ❤❤❤
