This fight was a lot of fun. I did it on foot. I just rolled the opposite way of the swings and then jump heavy attack. Roll out when he jumps and spam left roll when the magic bolts come out. Used the jellyfish for the poison debuff.

Thanks for the video. The tree does not hit often, but when he does... damned! It caught me off guard a few time. I defeated him in quite a ridiculous way: it died of poisoning just as he had giving me the killing blow. I was so happy, when I resurected, to see that it did not come back :o

I died to this guy like a million times (ok, maybe it was only 10 or 12, but felt like a million, lol) after watching your video I beat him first try, Thank you so much!

If you're good at timing your rolls, just stay as close as possible, because all of his close attacks are incredibly easy predict. He has maybe 3 or 4 close attacks. Just dodge, use a charge slash, rinse and repeat. Eventually you'll break his poise, and get a free shot, which 100% of the time triggers his golden missile move. Just do what you can to dodge that, and he won't do it again. Then just do what you did before

Just defeated him at lvl 20 lol, I had to be perfect because he was able to 1 hit me… defeated him without horse lol i think i did ultra hard mode, i was sweating so hard at the end

It's made of wood. It doesn't like fire.
As Confessor summoned the Jellyfish for distraction, and circled firing Flame Sling.
I'm sure Fire Pots will work too.

I can't believe I did this hitless at level 20 torren didn't but I did I got caught in the damn pots as well frequently don't know how I didn't get hit 😂my wolves just randomly disappeared as well so it was just me and mr big guy there. Loved this boss fight. Nearly beat him without Torren but after looking at your video I destroyed him. I found that mixing the two items he drops is very strong as a healable too.

They must have adjusted this boss because hardly anything you're showing in this vid is what I'm seeing. The moves are the same, but in your fight he often attacks and simply misses after you juke him. In my fight it is impossible to juke any of his swings. If he begins a swing that is targeting me he will spin around and track my every move. If I am within swinging distance it is going to hit me no matter what I do. The weapon is so large that even if I am dismounted and perform a perfect dodge it still hits me at the end of the dodge. Most I've been able to do is bait attacks and get him to half health before I run out of heals.

I watch this video to see his movesets all I did was call out my rat with the rot and let him bite the enemy enough times while I distracted it and once route took effect I just run around until it dies sometimes I throw poison darts at it to give it another effect to help it move faster this how I was beaten several harder bosses for my level so far, 🙃🙃🙃 thx to my Pet Rat of Ash..I call him Ben🤣 I used my flame Wolverine claws on this particular boss to help speed up the process because fire was this weakness

I just did long range damage. It was easy but used sword too and he’s very squishy
