Winner of 45 awards and counting, 'Kiss the Ground' is an inspiring and groundbreaking documentary film, narrated by and featuring Woody Harrelson, that reveals a solution to our global climate crisis...and it's right under our feet.

Directed by critically-acclaimed documentary filmmakers Joshua Tickell and Rebecca Harrell Tickell, 'Kiss the Ground' reveals that, by regenerating the soil, we can completely and rapidly stabilize Earth’s climate, restore lost ecosystems, and create abundant food supplies. Featuring the world’s leading scientists, experts, farmers, and activists, NASA and NOAA footage, and real-world examples of regenerative agriculture, the film illustrates how the relatively simple solution of drawing down atmospheric carbon into the soil can solve humanity’s greatest challenge...if we don't give up and we work together.

As an environmental scientist, it's been hard to see the sterilization of our Midwestern row crop land. Good on this movie!!

Few other documentaries really interested me in this topic like Kiss the Ground did. It was thorough, showed global perspectives, instilled a little hope, and ended on a positive note. Highly recommend this.

This documentary really blew my mind. It's crazy to hear that there is so little viable harvest left and we have the knowledge and ability to fix it now, but it's just not happening yet. Kiss the Ground is so important because it can help bring along change. As said in the film, this issue is really based on education and knowledge. A lot of people are led to believe there is only one way of doing things. This film shows radical optimism and empowers the viewer to make a change and look at the world.

That farmer showing us his field versus the horrid looking field next door, that was a good selling point!

I was left speechless after watching this film. Josh and Rebecca Tickell showcased how creative they are by using an "in light of the future" approach. This message needed to be brought into the spotlight. The recovery of our planet has never felt so attainable and so real. I can't wait to see how much this documentary will have an impact on the education of younger generations. The future is looking brighter.

Dirt plays the role of humanity’s saving grace in Joshua and Rebecca Tickell’s critically acclaimed documentary Kiss the Ground. Never have I been so absorbed in the importance of soil however this film adroitly introduces and outlines its significance in reclaiming Earth as the flourishing garden it once was. Definitely earned itself a place in my heart and a place in my recommendation list!

This trailer left me full of hope for the future of our world! The way that Woody Harrelson and the farmers talk about regenerating our soil with such passion reminds that if we remain positive, we’ll create a better world for tomorrow. There’s no way I’m going to miss this when it releases on September 22nd.

Minimum tillage, bio regeneration of soils, utilization of natural and local fertilizing methods....all of the things I learned and taught in Zambia while in the Peace Corps... Excellent.

Thank you for the hope! My little town is on a four days off one day on watering ban right now and I have to watch my beautiful backyard garden die this week. 3 weeks til harvest. 30+ meals for winter and all kinds of fresh snacks for my family.... and it just gets to die now. :'( This video made me smile.
