Dua to be recited when worried or in distress
حَسْبُنَا اللهُ وَ نِعْمَ الْوَکِیْلُ۔

Sufficient for us is Allah, and [He is] the best Disposer of affairs.



اِنَّمَآ اَشْکُوْا بَثِّیْ وَ حُزْنِیْ اِلَی اللهِ o

I only complain of my suffering and my grief to Allah

لَا حَوْلَ وَ لَا قُوَّةَ اِلَّا بِاللهِ۔

There is no power or might except with Allah


یَا حَیُّ یَا قَیُّوْمُ بِرَحْمَتِکَ اَسْتَغِیْثُ۔

O Ever-Living, O Self Subsisting, by Your Mercy I seek (Your) assistance.

 لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ سُبْحَانَکَ اِنِّیْ کُنْتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِیْنَ o

There is no true deity except You; exalted are You. Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers



اَللّٰھُمَّ اِنِّیْ اَعُوْذُبِکَ مِنَ الْھَمِّ وَ الْحَزَنِ وََ الْعَجْزِ وَ الْکَسَلِ وَ الْجُبْنِ وَ الْبُخْلِ وَ ضَلَعِ الدَّیْنِ وَ غَلَبَةِ الرِّجَالِ۔

 O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, from incapacity and laziness, from cowardice and miserliness, from being burdened by debt and from being overpowered by men.

اَللّٰھُمَّ لَا سَھْلَ اِلَّا مَا جَعَلْتَهُ سَھْلًا وَ اَنْتَ تَجْعَلُ الْحَزْنَ سَھْلًا اِذَا شِئْتَ۔

O Allah, there is no ease except what You make easy, and You alone can turn a difficulty into an ease, when You please.

May ALLAH swt answer our prayers and remove our sorrow

There are three people whose dua’s are not rejected, the fasting person until he breaks the fast, the just ruler and the dua’s of the oppressed whose dua Allah lifts above the clouds and opens unto it the doors of the heavens, and Allah says, I swear by My honor, verily I shall assist you even though it may be after some time.
