Considering the current events in and around Kabul airport, this documentary seems like from another time and another planet! I hope all employees are well and safe.

Considering the recent, absolutely despicable events in Afghanistan, this video should be kept as a jewel and a reminder of how things should normally be

Worthy of a water cannon salute to recognize the women in flight in Afghanistan.

For those who is randomly seeing this before anyone else's comment by chance, "Ukrainian pilot Veronika Borisova had once led Afghanistan's first all-female flight crew, but on August 15, she had a very different assignment -- piloting the first evacuation flight from Kabul to Kyiv. The night before, she went to bed in a city controlled by Afghan government forces, but by lunchtime the next day, the Taliban was already on the streets and moving toward the airport. "When we got on board, we literally had only a few minutes to accommodate our passengers, close the doors, and leave, " she says in an interview with Current Time." I hope all of the crew are safe and find a new airline to work with. There is an interview with the pilot and video here on youtube as well.

This is by far the best video of Josh. Who needs business class food or lounges when you can be part of such a historic day? Mohadeze is such an inspiring woman. I had goosebumps.

Great video!!! As an Afghan man, I had tears in my eyes throughout the entire video. I wish nothing but peace for my motherland, as with peace we can accomplish anything. Thank you for the brave women who were part of this flight and thank you Josh for covering this historic flight.

Josh found this on Wikipedia
On February 22, 2021, Kam Air operated Afghanistan’s first ever all-female crew flight. The airlines first female Afghan pilot, 22-year-old Mohadese Mirzaee, joined Captain Veronica Borysova from Ukraine in piloting the Boeing 737-500 from Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul to Herat. The flight took 90 minutes. Josh Cahill who documented the flight, described the moment as historic, "given that during the Taliban occupation, women [in Afghanistan] had no rights".[2][3]

This is the video where Mr Cahill went from a Youtuber to a Storyteller. And what a great story this is; congratulations to KAM and to their ground-breaking crew. There are true heroes and pioneers in life, usually they're women. We've just been introduced to two of the newest. Well done Ladies, I would fly with you any day.

This is the type of global humanity's development that we would love to witness every day. Impressive job ladies. You are role models to many children and women not only in Afghanistan but also of the entire world.

I hope they are ok given everything that's happened in Afghanistan the past 24 hours. I remember seeing and being so moved by this video and these amazing women when it first came out. Thinking of and praying for them and their safety.
