Remember to practice how to fall, as you can see in this "video". If this movement seems difficult, gradually work your way up to this move. You could first try with your feet on the floor and your back against the wall. The main principle is to become comfortable while your head is upside down and are able to keep you balance. Keep your head in a neutral position.
