39 here, in a well paid job and own home. I live alone, as me and my partner of 10 years split up around 7 years ago. Renovated a property as my only means of getting back on the ladder. Ever since, it's been a decision of mine to go it alone and focus on getting my mortgage repaid. Just the weight of the debt around my neck is enough for me to want to get it done as soon as possible!

I'm 35 - just bought my second property by myself in London zone 2, went past £120k income last year, got my first shares portfolio and now unfortunately pouring all my money into aforementioned house. I did not expect you to start with priority number 1 as health - and wow, I needed to hear that! It has been niggling at the back of my mind how I'm not exercising or stretching, should start Pilates, should eat better etc. I keep pushing it away. Excellent follow on advice as well. I am 45 I didn't achieve much...i feel I waste alot of time. If I knew before what I know now I would of been better off. No saving, hardly investment, not married, just struggling all the time. Feeling depressed and discouraged. I do agree with you on investing in health. I am a very ambitious person have 2 bachelor's degree it is not helping me. I am thinking of ways to make money through passive income... and business.
