I've read the lyrics and listened to the song... I'm having a hard time seeing what's supposed to be controversial about any of it. Only possible thing I could think of is that it has the word "rainbow" in it, but then so does the Bible.

And here the same folks almost canceled Kermit (as in, "the frog") for the same thing.
