How to use the harbor freight snake drain cleaner

Remove red plastic safety hose/unscrew lock screw to free snake.

Pull out snake coil BY HAND and feed down drain BY HAND till you encounter the blockage. Lock the screw, now either rotate by hand or use drill to bite/grab blockage . Push/Pull out blockage to clear pipes and check drainage.

PUSH the coil back in by hand after washing, drying, oiling.

IF the metal coil comes out completely, unscrew 4 screws, open the metal ears wider than the handle, and push it in to lock. Carefully screw back covers and push coil back in.

THE DRILL DOES NOT MAGICALLY WIND THE SNAKE IN OR OUT, IT JUST ROTATES THE COIL TO GRAB/CLEAR BLOCKAGE.

Cool cool.... But how bout the part to attach the drill. I'm not trying to do this manually. If that was the case, I'd say fuck the clogged pipe and just replace it. I don't have that time. I wish this was actually useful.

Spray it with wd40 or something if not they will rust to hell and back and you’ll never get it back in again ask me how I know 👍😂
