I have four bearded dragon lizards, they need help with they're shed sometimes. I always help with their noses, eyes and ears, their behinds too cause it doesn't really come out on its own unless they drag their booties in the grass, which I have carpet which won't work.

Only help your reptile shed if it actually needs help, otherwise you might hurt them.
