Hey, for some reason I can't walk and attack at the same time, I've already fixed the controls yet it's still happening, what can I do to fix it?, I've already reseted the controls yet it still won't let me attack when I'm moving, like I have to stay still to attack, and that's with every brawler

The thing is, in the lower half of my screen i can only move downwards and sideways and vise versa the upper side of my screen. When i try to move upwards in the lower half with joystick, it moves me a tiny bit, but it resets to where it normally is and i only nudge myself slowly. HOW DO I FIX THIS IM EXTREMELY AGITATED
