How do I download all census tracts? When I click on State-County-Tract, the 'Select All' is disabled. Can this be downloaded another way?

Downloading shp files has proved super buggy, it seems to work intermittently, please just let us know by the feedback form if it's not working and we'll keep an eye on it, we are working on a solution!
