If you have a defaults folder remove that first as it reduced risk of losing it.

When I highlight all of the items and right click the only options that show up are Open Homepage, Copy, and Edit, and the only one that I can click is Copy. I need help!
Edit: Nevermind I figured it out. If you are also having this problem, I noticed that there are two tray importer apps on my computer and the one with ( 64 BIT) has the right option.

Everyone keeps doing tutorials on tray importer, but when I was in CAS 2 weeks ago, I didn't know I put a piece of broken CC on my sim until I went in game. I was going back and forth between CAS and in the game removing CC one item at a time to find what was messed up. She actually looked melted. Her skin blended into her clothes. Her teeth looked black. Her hair was invisible. I found out it was her bracelet. Sometimes tray importer isn't the solution if you can't see the issues in CAS. Is there something else that helps find broken CC besides tray importer?

I recommend keeping one 'household' in the gallery before adding anything to delete. I went with PhDSimmer's extremely amazingly creative name calling it... nude models. Heh heh!
Then when you want to go through and do this, open that 'household' from your library in galley. They will be already blank. I have a female and male 'nude model' so I can do either at the same time if needed. Then add all the items on the models, save them as a new 'household' to the library in galley, I also went with PhDSimmer's extremely thoughtful and inspiring creative idea calling it "Bad CC" or "Delete CC", etc. :P

Then after doing what she shows in her videos (Many thanks, this is handy!), you can delete the "Bad CC" 'household' from the gallery. But keep the 'Nude Models' handy for next time.

For me when I take off all of my folders with cc in it, I still have the cc glitch

When i download the sims tray importer, i get a notification that it isn't free, and that i need to Pay after 40 days. Is there another way to delete Cc?

So when I highlight all of the broken CC, and right click, the “show containing folder” is gray and won’t let me click on it. Any ideas on how to fix this?

i didnt download any custom content to my game and this is happening!!. i dont know what to do and my sims are like this.All i have on my game is the cats and dogs expansion pack but nothing else.I tried change the traits aswell for my sims but it wouldnt work.Does anyone know why this is happening?? Please help :/
