Lets not get ahead of ourselves ABC, this kid is genius with a bright future there's no doubt about it but comparing anyone to Mozart prematurely leaves a lot to be expected.

I got the theme when I was very young (Like she is 7 years old here)...so like when she was 2 years old :) . She is so cute, and extraordinarily capable.

Mozart's early operas were "mostly derivative" and the first was at age 11. It is not usual for composers to write libretti. Mozart did not write his. Schubert hardly managed to find a decent libretto. We are told Sweeper of dreams was composed to a libretto by Elizabeth Adlington, evidently a family friend from her involvement in Cinderella, and as Alma cowrote the Cinderella score she was doubtless involved in Sweeper. (not to mention the book she is writing apparently!).

The connection that is often made to Mozart should be pretty obvious to all. Alma from the very beginning had a propensity to improvise or change existing music around, by incorporating her own melodies into it. Whether or nor Mozart is better, different, or whatever is besides the point. Rightly or wrongly, both Alma and Mozart are often known for their love of improvising existing music with their own melodies.

trust me, that is about as incorrect as you can get. Even with a piano, and youth, and day long teachers and classes, it still takes raw talent to be able to even play decently, let alone well, let alone write your own music in your spare time. This is our generations gift to musical history.

Or she was Mozart or she was another great composer of the Baroque era. She was already a composer before she entered the life of Alma Deutscher. I like to imagine the souls of bygone times incarnate to Earth again to bring back SOUL to the Earth. There is still magic. It never left. Once in a while we just need a wonder like this to realize.

Según mis conocimientos musicales, se trata de una pequeña gran concertlista de ambos instrumentos. Muy buena técnica tanto en violín como en piano. su interpretación es también muy acertada. En lo que respecta a sus composiciones, son mozartianas por excelencia, no se ve inspiración en sus obras, sin calcos de grandes obras las cuales mezcla para aparecer como una verdadera creadora. Tiene mucho talento y podría consagrarse cmo gran concertista ya sea en los instrumentos de percución (piano) como en el de cuerdas (violín). Le dammos el O.K. a Alma Deutshcer.
